Some say Save On Foods is helpful, friendly, superb. What do you think?

I ordered lunch for major clients of our business. "The trays consisted of 2 -16" sandwich trays , a cheese tray, large vegetable tray, large fruit tray and 2 dessert trays. Most was very good, however, there were 2 short black curly hairs in 1 sandwich that the client found, the cucumber was rotten on a number of pieces and did not taste very good, and some of the sandwiches had very dry bread as if they had been sitting for some time without being covered. We have in the past ordered for large gatherings 40 - 200 and have had good results. This however is also not the first time that the cashiers have rung in the order improperly and I have had to wait in line to rectify the order. Today as I picked up the order I was told that I had not paid for the second sandwith tray. I in fact had and had the receipt as proof. It had not been rung in properly and I immediately asked the cashier to add it so that I did not have to stand in the large line-up again. At that point of the initial order I brought the new receipt to the deli area and asked that the receipt be kept with the order. After the embarassment of today, we will no longer order from Sav On Mayfield.
